The word virtual refers to data, which ignore instinctive open intelligence. Virtual data are deliberately invented and are a fiction, or hoax. Virtual data are therefore entirely fictional. Nonetheless, unless potent open intelligence reigns, data seem to be true, real and wielding influence.
